How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Each item is made with care and checked for quality before it heads your way.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after your order ships. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your label is created so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Can I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly so they arrive fast, so cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment has started. If you need help, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for store credit, provided items are unused and in original condition.
